We are currently seeking staff, for the following openings.

Intermediate, Senior Technologist, Intern Architect AIBC, or Architect AIBC for drawing Production position

Applicants, with 6 - 20 years experience with the following:

• Registered with the AIBC or eligible to register with the AIBC

• Degree in Architecture

• mandatory 6 + years BC experience with the production of construction drawings in wood frame/concrete construction for the Part 9 and Part 3 for residential, commercial and Multi-Unit Housing sector experience in BC

• autocad and revit skills required

• knowledge and application of the BCBC 2024

• Construction Documentation experience, wood frame construction and assembly detailing, to include co-ordination with consultant drawings

• self- directed, organized, diligent, and focused on your work and tasks

• Hours 8:30am - 5:30pm, 8 hour workday required

• punctuality and good ethics are mandatory

• have team and time management skills to meet deadlines

• must be a team player/collaborative, able to receive/implement input and directives from the principal and clients, have a positive attitude and have good verbal and written communication skills in English
